Tigran Davtyan

Director

Tigran Davtyan was born in 1970. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Yerevan State University with a degree in Economic Mathematics. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics.

Mr. Davtyan began his professional career in 1991 as the founder and CEO of an investment company (1991–1994).

From 1994 to 1998, he worked at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, holding various senior positions.

In 1998–1999, he served as Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia on financial markets.

From 1999 to 2002, he was Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Central Depository of Armenia.

Between 2002 and 2004, he led the working group for the "Capital Market Development in Armenia" program under USAID/PWC.

In 2004–2006, he managed programs implemented with the support of the World Bank and JBIC at "Energo Invest Holding" CJSC, serving as Director and Program Manager.

From 2006 to 2008, he was Team Leader for the USAID “Financial Markets Development Program” (Emerging Markets Group LLC).

In 2008, he joined Converse Bank, where he served as Deputy CEO and Head of the Financial Markets Department until December 2009. From 2009 to 2016, he held the positions of CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of the bank.

From 2016 to 2018, he worked in Moscow as Director of the Financial Policy Department at the Eurasian Economic Commission.

In 2018–2019, he served as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of Inecobank CJSC.

Since 2024, he has been the Co-Founder and CEO of "Aktina Capital" LLC, an investment company.

In addition to his work in the private sector, Mr. Davtyan has extensive experience in academia. From 1996 to 2009, he was an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics of Yerevan State University. Since 2003, he has been teaching at the Russian-Armenian University as an Associate Professor of Economics. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Head of the Department at the same university.

Inessa Avedikian

Head of Internal Audit

Inessa Avedikian is the Head of Internal Audit at the investment company Aktina Capital LLC. Inessa Avedikian was born in 1970.

She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Management at the Armenian State University of Economics and continued her postgraduate studies at the same university from 1998 to 2005, specializing in Economics and Management of the Economy and Its Sectors.

She began her professional career in 1998 as a banking controller at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia. She later worked as an internal controller at United Bank. From 2000 to 2007, she was part of the Inecobank team as a member of the Audit Committee and later served as the Chief Specialist of the Internal Audit Department. Since 2007, she has been employed by VTB Bank-Armenia, initially as a Chief Specialist of the Internal Audit Department and, from 2012 to 2020, as the Deputy Director of the Internal Audit Department.

From 2009 to 2010, she worked in the Internal Audit Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.

From 2013 to 2024, she was a member of the Board of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Armenia (IIA – Armenia).

From 2021 to 2025, she served as the Director of the Armenian Institute of Directors (AIoD).

From 2022 to 2024, she held the position of Corporate Services Manager at TK&Partners, and from September 2024 to August 2025, she worked as an Internal Auditor at Andersen Legal (formerly TK&Partners).

Artur Harutyunyan

“Nexia Armenia” CJSC, represented by its authorized representative Artur Harutyunyan, provides accounting services to “Aktina Capital” LLC.

Artur Harutyunyan, born in 1973.

He is also the Director of Nexia Armenia, the Armenian member firm of the international network Nexia International. Since 2006, he has led the audit firm AN Audit CJSC as Managing Partner. In 2024, AN Audit CJSC became a full member of Nexia International and continued its operations under the new name Nexia Armenia.

Mr. Harutyunyan has nearly 20 years of experience in accounting and consulting, both in the private and public sectors. From 1998 to 2003, he headed the Department of Accounting and Audit Methodology at the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Armenia.

During the same period (1998–2003), he was actively involved in the certification process for accountants, contributing to the development of policies, procedures, examination programs, and tests on topics such as accounting standards, financial analysis, Armenian tax legislation, auditing, and business law. He also chaired the Licensing Commission for auditing firms and individual auditors under the Ministry of Finance.

Since 2002, Mr. Harutyunyan has been a member of the Board of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia (AAAA), and since 2014 — its Vice President. He is also a co-founder and board member of the Armenian Institute of Directors (since 2015), and a member of the SME Development Council under the Government of Armenia since 2017.

In 2008, he joined the core team of the task force for accounting and audit regulatory reform in Armenia, initiated by the Prime Minister. He also served as an expert on the IFRS Translation Committee, leading one of its subgroups.
